Atlanta’s Bally Baby has been making noise in the city since emerging in the mid-2010s as part of Cool Amerika, but he solidified his stature on the 2025 full-length collab album BABY DRANK with Hoodrich Keem. The project was so successful, the rapper and producer re-upped it in 2026 as BABY DRANK [REFILL]. Baby’s first LP of 2026, The Last Sipper, continues that momentum, with the MC determined to keep rising in his city. On opener “Letter 2 Myself (Intro),” he raps, “They say pressure gonna bust pipes, but I came out with diamonds/I lost it all and got it back like I just had to find it/Ain’t have no choice but chase a sack like a defensive lineman.” He’s got the relentless motor of a sack machine, too. Take “Swagger Back,” where he declares, “I’m trying to build an empire/Made myself a boss, been chasing checks sincе I was knee high.” Our Favorite Track: the Ken Carson-assisted “004*005.”
