Despite the nondisclosure agreement alluded to in the title, Trippie Redd’s got plenty more to say. His non-hashtagged 2026 LP NDA arrived in mid-August, and before the month was out, the Ohio-born rapper unveiled another full-length—a more intimate, immediate, and vulnerable effort than his highly anticipated return. Take opener “DontWaitForMe,” which features Trippie giving his all to the vocal performance, his warble crackling as he recalls some of the moments he’s sacrificed in order to pursue his dreams as a musician. “Seen my baby take her first damn steps over the phone,” he raps. “I’m from the projects, I’ll rob a n***a for his phone.” There are, though, plenty of more optimistic and uplifting tracks scattered throughout this emotional release. Trippie’s mission has always been about authenticity over everything, which he spells out on the Tezzus-assisted “Being Myself.” He wails during the chorus, “I don’t care about you/ I just care about being myself.” Our Favorite Beat: The twinkling piano keys and shuffling drums on “Trillionaire Club.”
