Scott Diaz landed his first residency in 1999 at just 17 years old, and in the intervening years, his mission hasn’t changed. “The aim remains the same,” the DJ, producer, vinyl collector, and self-described “club culture devotee” tells Apple Music. “So in this mix, I’ve tried to draw on my many influences in a career that’s seen my creative output criss-cross between jazzy house gems, sophisticated deep cuts, jacked-up tech tracks, four-on-the-floor garage, raw house, and (almost) everything in between.” This summer 2026 mix showcases, then, different shades and eras of house music and features pioneering names (New York house innovators Louie Vega and Dennis Ferrer both appear here, for example), classics (including a remix of Alison Limerick’s era-defining ’90s anthem “Where Love Lives”) and underground talent, plus “a selection of personal unreleased edits from my collection,” says Diaz. “Hope you dig!”
