An expanded version of the EP included with the Ultra Edition of Health’s 2024 album RAT WARS, this standalone release of ADDENDUM adds three new tracks not included on the original. Two of those songs have filmic ties: Hypnotic lead single “A.L.O.N.E.” revels in an atmospheric video edit of Gregg Araki’s 1995 black comedy The Doom Generation, while the smoky, downbeat “Trials” originally appeared on the soundtrack to the 2025 film Locked. Three tracks feature special guests: Richard Patrick of Filter on “FREE TO DIE,” Chelsea Wolfe on “MEAN,” and Bad Omens and Swarm on “THE DRAIN.” The project closes with a faithful cover of Deftones’ 1997 slow burner “Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away).”
