Since splitting with Sinaloa’s Grupo Arriesgado earlier in 2023, singer Arturo González—better known to fans as Panter Bélico—has embarked on a noteworthy solo career. In short order, he spent the summer of 2023 dropping single after single, including collaborations with the likes of Michelle Maciel and Eden Muñoz as well as solo tracks such as “Símbolo Sexual” and the stark corrido “La 701.” Thirteen total songs make up Punto y Aparte, his accordion-accented debut, with highlights including the rousing “GPI” and the honor-bound title track. Still, the entire project showcases just how strong his powers as a performer have grown since going it alone.
