The long-awaited debut album from the 18-year-old rapper is longer and less pristine, a 21-track playground for Nettspend’s wildest vocal tics and isolated moments of free-associative poetry. Producers CXO, Rok, and Ok contribute dizzy, distorted beats à la Che and OsamaSon, the latter of whom appears for a feature on “pain talk,” while YoungBoy Never Broke Again makes a cameo on “masked up.”
