Spearhead Records has always held a special place in Sweetpea’s heart. “It’s a label that shaped my early days and has released such a diverse range of drum ’n’ bass and jungle,” the Londoner tells Apple Music. So, for her 2025 set at Croatia’s Hospitality on the Beach, the DJ and producer paid tribute to the beloved drum ’n’ bass label as it turned 20, unveiling a celebratory set featuring “some good vibes jungle and liquid drops.” Expect music from The Vanguard Project, Roni Size, Joy Orbison, and Alix Perez, sliced, too, with cuts from Spearhead founder BCee. “I wanted to showcase all the flavors in the mix and play a load of music from the bossman BCee himself,” adds Sweetpea. “It was amazing to be back behind the decks for Hospitality on the Beach, celebrating 20 years of Spearhead.”
