“This mix was inspired by a week I spent in Ibiza this summer,” says DJ and Glasgow Underground label supremo Kevin McKay. It’s sunset though, so we’re still a few hours away from peak-time euphoria. Instead, this selection is about watching the day draw in to soulful, unhurried grooves from the likes of Nora En Pure, Goom Gum & Dancing on Lego, and La Fitte & Nes Mburu. “The combination of gentle waves and classy cocktails on the beach at Cala Llonga put me in the mood for a slow-burning mix of Afro-house goodness,” says McKay.
