Though a fixture of Argentina’s robustly represented trap scene, Duki certainly hasn’t shied away from more broadly appealing vibes. One need only check the rapper’s late-2021 offering, Temporada de Reggaetón, an EP-length effort that delivered on its titular promise. For its sequel, he keeps the tracklist limited and tight, curating seven songs all but assured to get bodies moving on the dance floor. After kicking off with the Mora-assisted “Amor Bipolar,” he vacillates between the raw power of “Perreo Bendito” and the pop-wise sonics of “Celosa” and “Esto Recién Empieza” with Emilia. Lest anyone worry he’d gone soft, he keeps his rap cred intact alongside De La Ghetto and Quevedo on the boastful “Si Quieren Frontear.”
