“The park is huge, larger than the state of New Hampshire, and full of birds and mammals,” Martyn Stewart says of Denali National Park. The world-renowned audio naturalist, known as The Listening Planet, has recorded the sounds of the terrain in immersive Spatial Audio. “I made my way deep into Denali and recorded over many hours from the dawn till late afternoon. You cannot escape the waters that run off high elevation or the warblers that break the morning soundscape. A constant cacophony of sounds fill the day from all critters large and small.”
