About Dee Mula
On the strength of his distinct flow and knack for storytelling, Memphis rapper Dee Mula landed a deal with Nless Entertainment just months after his first mixtape. • As a teenager, Mula tagged along with his best friend to studio sessions. Inspired by the rapper’s lifestyle, Mula began penning his own lyrics. • In 2017, he released his debut mixtape, Before Da Come Up. He took the streets by storm with his follow-up project, Let Me Get Dat, Vol. 1, featuring the popular single “Str8 on Ha.” • The single caught the attention of Marcus “Head” Howell of Nless Entertainment, who signed Mula and backed the release of Let Me Get Dat, Vol. 2 in 2018. • In 2020, Mula and Atlanta superstar Lil Baby released the club banger “Da Weekend.” The music video—a nod to Nima Nourizadeh’s 2012 film Project X—has garnered more than 1 million views.
