Miles Caton

Specializing in heartfelt contemporary soul ballads that showcase his gospel background and warm baritone vocals, Miles Caton is a singer, songwriter, and producer known most for his star-making role as blues musician Sammie in Ryan Coogler's blockbuster horror film Sinners. A natural-born vocalist, Caton has been singing since he was a toddler, and he experienced a breakthrough at the age of 12, when a clip of him performing "Feeling Good" went viral and was used in the video for Jay-Z's "4:44." Caton sang background for H.E.R. and released his first single before he went supernova with Sinners, after which he signed with Columbia and made his 2026 major-label debut with the solemn "Don't Hate Me."
