About Hit the Lights

Hailing from Ohio, Hit the Lights formed in 2003 and soon began to develop their brand of emo-tinged punk-pop. On the basis of their high-energy live performances, Hit the Lights quickly developed a local following, and independently recorded and released a series of EPs in 2004 and 2005. After inking a deal with the Triple Crown label, the band debuted with This Is a Stick-Up...Don't Make It a Murder. Three studio albums followed, along with a succession of EPs. ~ Anthony Tognazzini
