Nick León

Miami's Nick León produces highly detailed club tracks that reflect his city's ecosystem. Initially known for making beats for rappers like Denzel Curry, he released the experimental effort Profecía in 2016 and issued a series of highly acclaimed singles and EPs on labels like TAR and NAAFI, mutating elements of Latin genres like reggaetón and guaracha. During the 2020s, he had production credits on high-profile releases by Rosalía and Erika de Casier, and he additionally worked with other forward-thinking producers like Batu and DJ Python. León released an ambient record with Coral Morphologic titled Projections of a Coral City in 2024. His proper full-length debut, A Tropical Entropy, was widely praised upon its release in 2025.
