A member of K-pop collective NCT and chart-topping sub-unit NCT 127, rapper, singer, and songwriter TAEYONG's sleek, party-friendly pop-rap favors arena-sized hooks over nuance. He had a Top 20 hit in South Korea with the anthemic title track from his solo debut EP, SHALALA, in 2023. In 2024, he returned to the Top 20 with his sophomore EP, Tap.
