In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Schubert's String Quintet in C-major blew me away when I was 8 years old, and from that moment I knew I had to be a musician and string player so I one day could be on stage, performing a masterpiece just like that. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Antônio Carlos Jobim, Frank Sinatra, Sinatra/Jobim: The Complete Reprise Recordings Chet Baker, Chet Baker Sings Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Jr., The Rat Pack: Live At the Sands I'm desperately in love with the "live" feeling. Listening to something honest, pure and made in the moment. The flirt, the romantic affair that happens between artists and audience. This makes real music and these albums are masterclasses in this! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I'm blessed with having realised my childhood dream: playing at Carnegie Hall in New York. This is the most magical place I know. My recitals and solo concerto performances at Wigmore Hall, Salle Cortot, The Mariinsky Theater are runner-ups. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Having performed both chamber music and as a soloist at Carnegie Hall, I hope to one day play jazz as well at this incredible venue!
