Rome Streetz

Rome Streetz is a New York-based rapper with a witty yet intense and literate style, offering densely constructed narratives about drug deals and inner-city struggles. With roots in both London and New York, his style generally falls in the tradition of gritty New York hardcore rap like Wu-Tang Clan and Nas, with traces of U.K. grime influences. He began issuing mixtapes in 2015, and quickly built up an extensive discography, including several volumes of the Noise Kandy series and collaborations with DJ Muggs, Ankhlejohn, Ransom, and others. He signed with the esteemed Griselda Records and released the high-profile Kiss the Ring in 2022, in addition to regularly appearing on releases by label co-founder Westside Gunn. Streetz has since released projects with Big Ghost LTD, Daringer, Boldy James, and others. Working with Nas' Mass Appeal label, he issued 2025's Trainspotting (with Conductor Williams) and 2026's Sock It 2 My Pocket.
