In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Billy Talent, formerly known as Pezz, originated as four teenagers in Mississauga, Ontario. They quickly garnered attention with their unique blend of influences, mixing hip-hop with punk rock energy. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Pezz's growing reputation culminated in the success of their demo tape "DemoLuca" and later with their release of "Dudebox," which showcased a more refined sound. With a dedicated following established, they were primed to self-release "WATOOSH!" Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? The band's dedication to experimentation and authenticity remained unwavering, evident in their dynamic compositions and passionate performances. With their musical prowess and distinct style solidified, the band transitioned into Billy Talent.
