About Babe Rainbow

Babe Rainbow offer a lighter, more flower-powered take on neo-psychedelia than some of their similarly influenced Australian countrymen like King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard or Psychedelic Porn Crumpets. The band made their full-length debut with The Babe Rainbow (2017), produced by King Gizzard's Stu Mackenzie and issued on Flightless, the label run by the same band's Eric Moore. Babe Rainbow hit the Top 20 in their home country with their follow-up, Double Rainbow (2018), and they've progressed with British folk, lush Brazilian music, and soft rock influences incorporated into additional acclaimed albums that include Today (2019), Changing Colours (2021), and The Eureka Band (2022), followed by Slipper Imp and Shakaerator (2024) and Acid and Honey (2026), their first two full-lengths for King Gizzard's p(doom) label.
