Mika Stoltzman

Mika Stoltzman has built a reputation off the warm tones of the marimba -- a relative rarity in classical music or jazz (where the vibraphone is far more common). The Japanese-born multi-instrumentalist's unique talents have put her in close contact with notable names from Chick Corea to Steve Gadd, as well as a long professional relationship with her husband, clarinetist Richard Stoltzman.
