In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In 1990, I went to an early rave. the last track had a modern disco rhythm section and incredible live string section over the top. The power on the track over the sound system was extraordinary. Beyoncé, Shakira, Beautiful Liar (Freemasons Remix Edit) - Single Kelly Rowland, Work (Freemasons Radio Edit) - Single Kylie Minogue, The One (Edit & Freemasons Vocal Club Mix) - Single These are 3 of our favourite remixes. Work is one of our finest remixes and was used in GTA V. Beautiful Liar was number one in over 20 countries. The One was a wonderful moment in our musical journey and DJing. It should have been a major single. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Love On My Mind (feat. Amanda Wilson) (Back to Philly Mix)” This track changed our lives completely. I always remember being told that a friend had played it in the car to his girlfriend on a 100mile journey and she then refused to listen to anything else for the whole journey. Amanda Wilson at her best too! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Our remixes for Beyoncé (Deja Vu, Ring the Alarm, Greenlight), Kelly Rowland (Work), Shakira (Beautiful Liar), and more took these artists to number 1 in a huge number of countries. This allowed us to tour the world as DJs - an amazing journey. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Help promote music education and highlight the healing power of uplifting music & dancing. We are from the first generation of the clubbing explosion and saw fascism and racism disappear because of it. We need this back. If we can help, count us in.
