Darlia's first release, 2013's Knock Knock EP, earned the Blackpool, U.K. trio praise across the board and comparisons to Nirvana flooded in. The group issued its second EP, Candyman, at the beginning of 2014 on B-Unique, with the lead track becoming Zane Lowe's Hottest Record on his BBC Radio 1 show. The trio headed out to tour the U.K. -- with dates at all the major festivals including Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, and T in the Park -- while the singles "Dear Diary" and "Stars Are Aligned" also appeared that year. Darlia headed into the studio to record their debut album at the end of 2014, and the resulting Petals was released in 2015. ~ Rich Wilson
