In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Once upon a 2008, a girl asked for a flip phone. She got an audio interface instead. (Thanks, Dad.) What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Coldplay, Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends Imogen Heap, Ellipse (Deluxe Version) Marina and The Diamonds, The Family Jewels (Deluxe) Viva la Vida taught teenage me to dream in big, cinematic choruses. Ellipse introduced me to music production and is basically why/how I do what I do (I love you, Imogen). The Family Jewels empowered me to tell my story my way, quirks and all. I got to get all the hard truths out while keeping it comedic which is pretty much my personality. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing the Holiday From Real Cruise and having fans remember my lyrics better than I did. Incredible. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? World domination and by domination I mean taking my dog with me on a tour bus.
