In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is being in the studio for the first time, all by myself and with no knowledge. That was the moment where I first fell in love with not only performing, but the process of creating music and its challenges. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Boosie Badazz, Bad Azz J. Cole, 2014 Forest Hills Drive Nipsey Hussle, Victory Lap These album played a pivotal role in my personal and artistic life. These albums helped shape me into the vulnerable and unique artist that I am today. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “My Real Name is Byron” This is the most vulnerable song I’ve ever written. Everything about it is what I prefer in hip-hop music, from the vibe to the energy and transparency. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my music career was being Top 10 on the iTunes Rap/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One thing I haven’t experienced yet is a nation-wide tour. I’d love to experience that from the beginning to the end.
