In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I played with Thomas and Max was an official audition! They where looking for a singer, for a one-time project. I remember immediately falling in love with their sound and their sense of swing. It felt like coming home... I never left! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Julie London, Julie Is Her Name Nancy Wilson, The Great American Songbook Thomas Baggerman Trio, Le Weekend (feat. Jelle van Tongeren & Ed Boekee) Nancy is often forgotten but timing and unique use of her instrument never seems to amaze me! Julie is incomparable in her sense of ease, and relaxed singing - love it. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dream of You” This song is such a lovely and sweet tune by the great Django Reinhardt, and our first 'original'.
