Baby Rose

With a low, smoky, and arresting voice, R&B singer/songwriter Baby Rose has channeled the emotionally voluminous power of great vocal talents like Billie Holiday and Nina Simone. Still in her early twenties when she began her solo music career, Rose brought a weathered and wise energy well beyond her years to her 2019 debut full-length, To Myself. Since appearing on Dreamville's Grammy-nominated Revenge of the Dreamers III compilation in 2020, Rose has issued her atmospheric second album, Through and Through (2023), and the more haunting BadBadNotGood collaboration Slow Burn (2024), the first fruits of an association with the Secretly Canadian label.
