OK KID

Taking their name from two of Radiohead's best-known works -- OK Computer and Kid A, each dealing with the chilling isolation of modern life through increasingly electronic musical elements -- German trio OK KID attempt something similar in a markedly different form. Fusing upbeat electronic indie pop with a hip-hop-derived lyrical tradition, the group fights for community, authenticity, and realism with its more artificial elements, succeeding with the Top Ten placement of albums like Zwei (2016), Drei (2022), Endlich wieder da wo es beginnt (2024), and Komm, wir bleiben stehen (2026).
