Sorten Muld

Combining traditional Scandinavian folk music with contemporary electronic beats, the Danish trio Sorten Muld comprised Ulla Bendixen, Martin Døssing Ottosen and Henrik Esben Munch. Debuting in 1996 with a self-titled LP, a year later the group returned with Mark II, a hugely successful effort which earned no less than eight Danish Grammy nominations.
