About Against The Current

Pop-leaning rock trio Against the Current debuted in the 2010s with a series of pop-punk EPs similar to early Paramore before evolving to incorporate polished synth production similar to MisterWives and Chvrches on the proper full-lengths In Our Bones (2016) and Past Lives (2018). Three years later, the band returned with the punchy EP Fever as well as a string of popular singles including 2023's "Blindfolded." A 2025 EP, Bonus Tracks, collected rarities, and was followed a year later by new material, including "Heavenly."
