In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I'll never forget the first time I saw "The Preachers Wife". My family and I were on a long flight to LA. The moment Whitney Houston sings "I Believe In You And Me" the entire flight when silent, and my life changed forever. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beyoncé, Lemonade Janet Jackson, Janet. Mariah Carey, Butterfly I love pop music. I love R&B. I love music that makes my body move and feel. These albums all do that, but never sacrifices great storytelling. I'm an actor so a strong narrative matters to me, just as much as a beat that makes me wanna shake my ass. I wrote this song when I couldn't let go of the memory of something that felt so good. This is a dance track! It's meant to make your body move! My intention is to make music that makes you feel your body. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Anytime someone tells me they love my music it means everything. My songs are my most personal art. As an actor, I often interpret others work, so when someone connects with something that comes directly from my own soul, it’s incredibly meaningful Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want my music to reach everyone! I want these expressions of myself to open up the world and become part of the soundtrack of someones life.
