Sphinx Virtuosi

Sphinx Virtuosi, in the group's own words, "is a dynamic, self-conducted chamber orchestra and the flagship performing ensemble of the Sphinx Organization, the nation's leading nonprofit dedicated to transforming the arts." The group's members have gone on to find themselves in demand as performers and educators. Beyond their professional success, Sphinx Virtuosi members have served as "artist-citizens," fostering the growth of musicians from African American and Latin American communities. The group has released several albums, including American Mirror (2025).
