In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was either 4 or 5 years old riding around with my granddad in his truck, when Alan Jackson's "Here In The Real World" came on the radio. I still vividly remember perking up at the song's fiddle intro and asking "what's that?" to my Paw Paw. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Corey Smith, In the Mood Eric Church, Chief Green Day, American Idiot All 3 of these albums went triple platinum in my headphones growing up and I still go back to them all the time. The songs made me want to make my own music. I wouldn't be the artist and writer I am today without these albums. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Colorblind” Top to bottom, "Colorblind" is still my favorite release I've had. The lyrics, the music, the visual content.. all felt like I had found myself as an artist for the first time and properly presented the art the way that I wanted to. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Once opened for Corey Smith at The Georgia Theatre, a venue I grew up going to. On top of that, Corey asked me to join his set during "Learning To Drive" (a song he put out that we wrote together) and "21" (a song of his I grew up listening to). Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So many things.. I still haven't put out a full album, headlined my own tour, or sold out a headlining show. That's the bucket list stuff tho.. the goal is to release music that makes people feel.
