About RaeLynn
RaeLynn is the stage name of Racheal Lynn Woodward, a pop-country singer-songwriter from Texas who first gained fame as a contestant on The Voice. ∙ Having grown up in a musical family—her brother Jake Holtz and cousin Leeland Mooring are in the contemporary Christian music band Leeland—RaeLynn graduated high school early so she could focus on a singing career. ∙ In 2012, she successfully auditioned for the second season of The Voice and made it to the quarterfinals with her cover of Jason Aldean’s “She’s Country.” ∙ Her debut single, 2012’s “Boyfriend,” reached No. 32 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. ∙ The Voice judge Blake Shelton asked RaeLynn to sing backing vocals on his 2013 country hit “Boys ’Round Here.” ∙ Her 2014 single “God Made Girls” sold more than 1 million copies. ∙ WildHorse her full-length debut, topped Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart in 2017 and reached the Top 20 on the Billboard 200.
