In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Treating everything in my house like a drumset when I was a kid. Listening to dozens of CDs, studying lyrics. Tell us why you chose this song. “I Don't Mind the Rain” This song is about my grandfather's life and his influence on me. He was a skilled builder and gardener. I lived working in his garden as a kid, but when I got older and started my own garden, I realized how truly talented he was. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing at the Grey Eagle in Asheville, NC. Having my songs featured in independent films and on national TV. Traveling to so many states and towns with my friends to play original music. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Playing some iconic venues (Red Rocks, Levon Helm Studios). Playing some of my favorite festivals. Touring the West Coast and Europe. Collaborating with some of my favorite artists.
