In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first real concert was Ray Charles, and it was fantastic. I could feel the emotion in the crowd when he hit the beautiful true moments that connected us. When I hit them now and feel the audience respond, I think I learned it that night. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Dylan, The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan Paul Simon, Graceland Various Artists, Cornelia Street Songwriters Exchange Dylan was like a breath of fresh air with great songs. Simon put his great songs to great music, full full color paintings. For Cornelia Street, we had to learn to do it ourselves. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “White Buffalo” I wrote this song in one morning, and am still singing it. It's taught me a lot about singing and led to many fine experiences in life. And it taught me the zen art of not trying to write, but actually writing.
