Dagny

Singer and songwriter Dagny makes dance-pop with a bright sound and earnest lyrical style. She had a European hit with an appearance on SeeB's "Drink About" (2018) and earned a writing credit on Katy Perry's U.S. Top 20 single "Never Really Over" (2019) before finding broader fame with her own material. Her full-length debut, 2020's Strangers/Lovers, went platinum twice over in her native Norway with an assist from the Top Three single "Somebody." She maintained a regular presence on the singles chart at home with songs like 2021's "Pretty" (with Astrid S) before she released the follow-up, 2024's Elle, which included no less than four Top 40 singles and returned her to the Top Ten of Norway's album chart. While much of her material to that point had dealt with heartache and self-doubt, her lyrics took a more confident turn on 2026's Dancefloor Erotica.
