Born June 21, 1988, Beatrice Egli is a Swiss singer best known for winning the German version of Pop Idol, Deutschland Sucht den Superstar, in 2013. Though she would make her first splash in the charts in 2011 with her album Feuer und Flamme, her post-victory album, Glücksgefühle, found her climbing even higher, reaching the number two spot in Germany and Austria, and hitting number one in her native Switzerland.
