In the artist’s words: Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Canyon Song” I wrote this at the beginning of 2022, on a writing retreat in Topanga Canyon, CA. I was trying to find the spirit of the artists I love in those hills, and the chords and lyrics for this came to me really fast as I sat by the fire with my guitar.
