Enigmatic lyricist Heisenberg has been credited with big-banner South Indian film hits that capture the pulse of action dramas, working exclusively with composer Anirudh Ravichander. Starting with 2022’s Vikram, and songs such as “Wasted” and “Once Upon a Time”, Heisenberg’s name also appears on the credits for “Maasi Theme” (Jawan) and “All Hail the Tiger” (Devara: Part 1). Mainly writing in English, the lyricist’s identity has become a point of fascination among fans of Ravichander—with many speculating Heisenberg might be an alter ego of the hit-maker himself.
