In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. At roughly 5 years old, I remember my Godparents hosting their annual Chili Cook-Off with 50 of their closest friends. In the midst of the festivities, I ascended to the top step of their outdoor porch and began taking song requests for $5 a pop. Tell us why you chose this song. “Lullaby” Prior to this track, I had completed a 12-song album that I reluctantly, but with good reason, decided to shelf. In hindsight, I am so thankful to have chosen "Lullaby" as my debut single. It's soulful, yet energetic; It's poetic, yet empowering.
