Mndsgn

Mndsgn is a producer whose off-center spins on hip-hop and synthesized funk have made him a fixture on the Stones Throw roster. The native Californian got his start with EPs and digital-only releases on labels like Klipmode and Fresh Selects and has been with Stones Throw since 2014. He has released three proper albums for the revered label: the spaced-out Yawn Zen (2014), the post-disco R&B-inspired Bodywash (2016), and Rare Pleasure (2021), a breezier R&B set informed by film music and psychedelia. Mndsgn's extensive discography also includes a slew of secondary releases, plus full-length collaborations with the Koreatown Oddity and Prophet, and the mainly instrumental Snax series, including 2023's Snaxxx.
