Cain Culto

Singer/songwriter, rapper, and violinist Andrew Estevan Padilla explores themes related to queerness, witchcraft, and religion as Cain Culto. The theatrical, genre-defying performer and visual artist combines influences from his Colombian/Nicaraguan heritage and Appalachian upbringing with contemporary pop and dance production. He debuted the project in 2022 with two interrelated EPs, Ordination I and II. His sound only grew more complex, ambitious, and eclectic with further releases like 2024's O ω O and 2025's Occulto 001, which included the attention-grabbing "KFC Santería." 2026's Occulto 002 leaned further into Biblical and demonic imagery.
