Detroit ghettotech trio HiTech mix lush, relaxed synths with speedy tempos and raunchy, humorous lyrics. First appearing with their self-titled 2022 debut, they broke through with 2023 follow-up DÉTWAT, earning more international attention than any ghettotech act since genre pioneer DJ Assault more than two decades earlier. They continued performing gigs across the globe and releasing singles such as 2024's "SPANK!" and "SHADOWREALM" (featuring Zelooperz).
