In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember in 1992 when reggaetón was just "underground music" and cassettes were being passed around the barrio. That initial sound was so captivating and from a very young age, I remember wanting to create my version of it and here we are. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Daddy Yankee, Barrio Fino (Deluxe Version) Tego Calderón, El Abayarde Vico C, Xplosion All 3 of these albums are rich in Puerto Rican essence and culture and possess the energetic elements that inspired the birth and growth of the reggaetón movement. Tell us why you chose this song. “Memorias” Memorias has become one of my favorite all-time releases as it retells my journey through a twenty-year career in music. It reminds me that patience, perseverance, and endurance can make an impact, even if it's to yourself. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Filming the music video for "Respira" brought a lot of joyful tears to my eyes. Telling a personal story like that and then seeing the performance by the actress was unbelievable. I saw myself in every scene, it was that powerful. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My bucket list includes recording an album while on the road. I can gather tons of experiences and inspiration from being fully consumed by my surroundings. UPDATE: I accomplished my goal with Épico 1 & 2.
