In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first real music memory began in a hospital. I had just broken my arm during recess on the playground, and while I was recovering, Right there in that hospital room, I wrote my very first song: “Father, Heal Your People”, a prayer for others.
