Florida rapper Dee Watkins broke through in 2019 with “Bad Ass Jit” and “Hell Raiser,” catchy songs about his mischievous past. • Watkins represents Macclenny, Florida, a city 30 miles west of Jacksonville. • He’s been rapping since age nine and recording songs in studios for over half his life.
