Having mixed different genres and styles into an alt-rock miasma as the lead singer of the Blancos, as a solo artist Hueston fuses rock, country, and even electronic beats. He broke through with audiences on the 2022 singles "Joy Ride" and "What You Waiting On," and he's honed his craft in the years since, emerging in 2025 with his debut album, HUEY.
