About Grupo Escolta
Grupo Escolta is a Mexican regional outfit founded in 2009 in Downey, California. The group released its first album No Me He Dejado De Nadie in 2010. Their fortunes, however, only picked up after 2014's No Hay 5to Malo, which included their first major hit in "No Pasa Nada." Over the next decade, Grupo Escolta typically released one or two albums (both studio and live) per year, toured constantly in Mexico and U.S. states such as California, Arizona, and Nevada, and managed to gain a dedicated following.
