In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started out recording mixtapes on cassette, catching songs off the radio whenever I could hit record in time. Later, my mom brought me my first portable CD player from New York. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Justice, Justice Radiohead, In Rainbows Travis Scott, UTOPIA Justice : An album that changed my whole idea of electronic music. The one that made me fall in love with it. Radiohead : love. Muna) (Radio Version)” My first melodic dance track as a solo artist. Muna’s beautiful voice blends perfectly with a minimal yet irresistible groove. Timeless, even after all these years. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? New Year’s Eve. A sports arena. A sea of people dancing. On stage with my friends, jumping like we were the biggest rock band in the world. Pure energy. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Bringing all my songs from the studio to the stage, with musicians and instruments of every kind. Who knows… maybe one day in the future.
