French rapper Mathieu Pruski performs as PLK, a nod to his Polish heritage, and references his grandfather’s journey from Warsaw to Paris in the song "Décembre" from the EP 2069’. After starting out with La Confrérie and later Panama Bende, he launched a solo career with early EPs and mixtapes before breaking through with his platinum-certified debut album, Polak (2018). Subsequent releases included Mental (2019) and the diamond-certified Enna Boost (2021).
